Richard B. Bushong

Colonel Richard B. Bushong retired from the US Air Force in 1974, after 32 years of service. He flew combat in WW2 and Vietnam, and flew a total of 43 different types of military aircraft. During WW2, he completed 28 missions in ETO as a B-17 pilot in the 390th Bomb Group, 8th Air Force. In his retirement, Richard has served on the Board of Directors and as a docent for the 390th Memorial Museum.
